Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades can sometimes increase the stats of a piece of gear and at times even add additional features. The worth of these upgrades is determined by the tiers of gear, their requirements, and the number of random augmentations can be applied.
The racial Shield elite Razortail For instance, it is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorption function in PvP or add additional defenses to missile-based builds in the PvM. This makes it more tradable than the non-upgraded version.
Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens permit you to reroll a purchased item, such as armor, weapon, or ring. The item is replaced by another item of the same type, but with different bonuses. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective option to upgrade equipment. However, they don't retain the same level as the original item, and any wasted resources won't be compensated for.
Survivors may acquire reroll tokens via a variety of methods like the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in chests and crates, or purchased at the local store at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter the attributes of the equipment, such as increasing its damage or giving it a new stat.
Players can roll equipment with three aspects: physical power, spell power, and health. Physical power upgrades boost the damage that melee and weapons and spell power boosts rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades give the player additional health.
There are three types of Reroll tokens: upgrade rare and legendary. Each upgrade takes an item to a higher quality and requires an upgraded reroll token in order to make it. Enhanced upgrades require a common item, rare upgrades require a special or a legendary item, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
The marker that rerolls, unlike special tokens or markers placed on action areas, remains on the space till the next success is being rerolled. This allows you to avoid wasting upgrades.
Blueprints appear as envelopes at the start of each Preparation Phase and are opened by grabbing them using Interact. When they are opened, they display a full description and the icon of the appliance or ingredient that they correspond to. Blueprints can be exchanged for new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's store for the amount of coins.
In the end, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a run. This changes the kind of blueprints that a restaurant's shop has available to reroll and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to improve weapons, armor and accessories. These are special stones that boost the level of an item by increasing its stats and attributes. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell these stones for a cost. In addition, players can get these stones by completing daily contracts.
To upgrade gear players first need to find the item they want to upgrade and then click the "level up" button. The screen will show a summary of the item's current level and what it will become when it is upgraded. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones needed to accomplish this. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires one Growth Stone.
After deciding on what to upgrade, players must then select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the appropriate cost. Once the requirements are met, the player can select the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will raise the item's level by a specific percentage. The upgrade process can take anywhere from seconds to several minutes, based on the rarity of the item.
The upgrade process is risk-free and does not impact the durability of the item. This is a great way for players who want to gain an advantage in combat but don't want spend a lot of money. Furthermore players can transfer experience and progress of an upgraded item to a new gear by clicking on the "transfer" tab.
The process of acquiring Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be daunting for new players. There are several ways to obtain these stones. You can sign contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, collect them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book or find them in reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. In addition, players can cut down higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.
Leveling
Leveling is a feature that lets you increase the power of armor and weapons. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. The Upgrade Station lets you combine an item with upgrade materials and pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade materials will be used up and the item will be upgraded to an upgrade to a higher level. This process can be repeated until the highest level for an item has been reached.
Items that have upgraded stats will display an icon of blue next to their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, can't be added to more than one item at a time. Each upgrade component also requires an amount of items and a minimum level of equipment.
The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can place an item that they wish to upgrade. On the right side, an image of the gear looks like at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow after is a player has enough resources will begin the upgrade process.
An item of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each upgrade, the base stats of an item will be increased by a small amount. The maximum level of an item is 19.
When an item reaches its maximum level, its upgrades will not be available for it. When an item is upgraded to a certain track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track ) they will be discounted.
Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can be inserted into weapons, armor trinkets and gathering tools to provide an additional bonus or effect while the equipment is being used. They can be bought through vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, however doing so will destroy the previous upgrade, except for glyphs, which can be replaced and removed at any time.
Requirements
Items upgrades allow players to increase certain attributes of armor and weapons they already have equipped. The requirements for upgrading an item differ depending on the type of item however, you'll generally require Dilithium and the number of Upgrade Tokens.
Items can be upgraded by adding item upgrade components to equipment and weapons. This will give them additional effects or an increase in item level. The upgrades can be acquired through a variety of sources in the game, including through crafting, purchased from the Trading Post or karma vendors, looted from bosses and raids, or dropped from dungeons. Once an upgrade element is inserted into an item, it can't be removed and changed without restriction, however, the glyphs used in gathering tools can be swapped out without restriction.
Upgrades to an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. In item upgrader , certain upgrade components include additional modifiers that could further enhance the stats of the item.
For instance, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" increases base defense, and provides an additional 20% chance of blocking. Additionally the dps enhancement "Wildfire" boosts weapon damage.
Upgrades can be beneficial for some items, but not because they increase stats. They are more valuable for the players when they get an exact roll. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for instance is highly sought-after by the melee PvP communities and can be worth up to 20-50 times the non-upp’d version.
The game will highlight the requirements when you select the upgrade component to be incorporated into the item. These include the type of item (either Armor or Weapon) and the tier of the item, the Upgrade Token needed, and the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.
The game will place an item in your inventory after you've met the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will then update to show you how far you are to getting the upgrade completed. You can also track the status of an upgrade by visiting any NPC who upgrades items.
